I have just noticed there are no active. admin, and I am the only one accepting art...that is a bit of a problem for anyone who wishes to submit art because I cannot be here all the time. I will try my best to accept the submissions, but if there are any admin out there, I suggest you start doing your part in contributing to the group or there is going to be some admin sweeping.

I'm an Associate Professor of Art Education at Indiana University, Bloomington. My research over the past 7 years has involved explorations of art learning in online (fan) communities. I'm currently conducting a nation-wide survey of the art knowledge, learning and sharing experiences of adolescents and young adults in traditional school and online settings. The study is supported by the National Art Education Association Foundation (NAEA / NAEF) and provides human subject protection through Indiana University IRB. Responses to the survey are confidential.
